FOCUS ON FUN
Speech Therapy for Kids
I’m a Speech-Language Pathologist based in Calgary, offering in-person services for children - either in your home or in my office, which is equipped with a sensory gym to support regulation and engagement. I’m a kid at heart and can’t wait to connect, play,
and problem-solve alongside your child. I also believe in the power of parent coaching - you’ll be encouraged to play an active role in sessions and carry over strategies into everyday life. Therapy is neurodiversity-affirming, play-based, and tailored to your
child’s unique needs - because it should feel meaningful, natural, and FUN!
services
assessments
I offer comprehensive speech and language assessments tailored to your child’s needs. I use a combination of standardized tests and informal tools to build a well-rounded picture of your child’s communication strengths and challenges. Assessment results guide individualized therapy goals and next steps.
therapy
Therapy sessions are child-led and play-based, with a focus on building connection, confidence, and communication. I draw on neurodiversity-affirming practices to support each child in ways that respect their unique strengths and preferences. Parents are welcome and encouraged to be part of the process.
consultation
I offer consultative support to families, educators, and teams seeking guidance on how to best support a child’s communication. Whether you have questions about AAC, language development, or daily communication strategies, I’m here to collaborate and help you feel confident in your role.
MY APPROACH
child-led and play-based
Children learn best through play. I include each child’s interests and follow their lead to build connection and make therapy joyful, engaging, and meaningful.
parent & educator coaching
Parents and caregivers are essential partners. I offer coaching and practical tools to help you support your child’s communication every day.
neurodiversity-affirming
I support all children as they are. My practice affirms different ways of thinking, communicating, and connecting — every child deserves respect and autonomy.
